Hi I’m Helen and as Managing Director of Regency my passion is supporting people to achieve their best. Having worked in the welfare to work sector for most of my career it was important to me that Regency Source gained the reputation of putting the learner first. With accredited training and bespoke packages available I am certain that we can support your business or your personal development in a way that meets your needs. Craig Appleby
Programme Manager
Hey I'm Craig, I have over 21 years of experience within the training industry. My background has been teaching Maths and ICT.
I started working with Regency in 2017 and was employed in 2018. I am now the program manager for Regency Source and manage the funded side of Regency and lead a brilliant team of tutors who are all caring and want the best for all learners.
I love the simple ethos of Regency which is the learners needs comes first.
Sarah Budgie
Business Development Manager
Hi I’m Sarah I love the outdoors and I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I love to travel and my favourite time is spent with family and friends.
I started my career as an Apprentice in Travel & Tourism and started as a Sales Consultant, moving up to a store Manager then Regional Manager. I’ve had various senior training roles and business development roles which have helped introduce new ways of working, reduce costs and develop working relationship to increase overall profits. My passion is helping people grow and training is so rewarding. I believe that as a Manager in any industry that you are only as strong as your weakest team member. To be involved in a business that cares about its people by offering robust learning and development plans is really important to me.
I’m super excited to be working with Regency Source as Business Development Manager to help and support them.
