Alternative Education Provision
Regency Source are delighted to welcome Lauren to our Team of experienced Tutors. Lauren will be taking the Lead on our Alternative Education Provision.
Lauren is a fully qualified and experienced teacher who has spent the last 5 years working with SEN students and those with challenging behavior. What has absolutely blown us away is her passion for supporting young people in to their chosen career path by tailoring their education to their interests and always putting the student first.
What we do:
We offer post 14 students an alternative way of learning, out of the classroom setting. In our quiet, engaging environment, students of all abilities can access the education they deserve and more importantly succeed in their chosen career. We are here to ensure that the students have the best chance to access a quality education that meets their individual needs and will therefore support and prepare them for Further Education or their chosen career path.
Whilst we have selected a number of vocational subjects and accredited qualifications, which we are confident would be of interest to our students, it is our passion to ensure these are delivered recognising that each young person is an individual and that we support their needs and interests.

- Functional Skills English and Maths (Level 1 and 2)
- Digital Skills (Entry level to Level 1)
- Personal Development and Employability Skills
- Introduction to Warehousing L1
- Warehouse and Storage Principles L2
- CSCS Card Training (From Health and Safety in a Construction Environment to CSCS Card purchase)
- Customer Service L1 and L2
- Introduction to Hair and Beauty
